How to place an order
You have 2 options when placing an order

OPTION 2: Email your order through to us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details

Embroidery if applicable
Address (so we can work out a courier or postage amount for you). You can collect from us. We are situated south of Johannesburg.
When we receive your order we will send you an invoice. You can pay via EFT. If you can only pay by cash, please add R75.00 for bank charges or R20.00 if deposit is made by an ATM. If you would like to pay via credit card, please let us know and we will request PAYFAST to send you an email.

Normally orders cost between R85.00 – R140.00 to these areas, but if your order is very big it will start costing more.
Between R150.00 – R420.00
Normally orders cost between R150.00 – R205.00 to these areas, but if your order is very big it will start costing more.
Shipping costs include the packaging, packaging material, admin, etc and not only the cost of courier.
Free shipping for all South African orders over R1500.00
The courier guy is our preferred shipping option. They only deliver to a day time home or office address from Monday to Friday. Excludes public holidays. Please ensure that your street address and postal code are given correctly to ensure a proper quotation.
We can also use the Post office or PostNet if you prefer. If using the South African post office we cannot be held liable for parcels once they leave us, we will assume you accept sole responsibility once we have handed the parcel over to them.
Collection in Johannesburg is by appointment only, we will need to know what day and time so we can make sure someone is available. Collections need to happen on date and time arranged. If you find you need to reschedule, please give us enough notice.
