How to place an order

 

You have a few options when placing an order

 

Preferred methods:

  1. Name of product/s

  2. Quantity

  3. Colour/s and material option

  4. Embroidery if applicable

  5. Cell number

  6. Address (so we can work out a courier or postage amount for you). For security reasons, we don’t allow collections.

When we receive your order we will send you an invoice with all the details of the order as well as the payment details. You can pay via EFT. If you can only pay by cash, please add R75.00 for bank charges or R20.00 if deposit is made by an ATM. If you would like to pay via credit card, please let us know and we will request PAYFAST to send you an email.
As soon as we have received proof of payment from you we add your order to the queue. Making your order can take anywhere between 7 and 21 working days. It can also take longer if we are having a sale or you have a very large order. There is no need to contact us to ask about the progress of your order, as soon as it is ready and we have sent it, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
