How to place an order
Production can take as long as 21 working days (Mon – Fri) to complete (This excludes weekends and all public holidays). Very large orders can take longer.
We do our best to get the order to you as quickly as possible.
Once completed, your order will be couriered to you.
All items have to be made by us, which means it takes time.
Production of your order only begins once the colours and or patterns have been chosen by you and payment has been received.
To ask about the progress of your order, you can email, phone, WhatsApp or Facebook message us and we’ll be happy to update you.
You have a few options when placing an order

Name of product/s
Quantity (How many)
Colour/s and material option if options are available
Embroidery if wanted
Cell number (for both ourselves and the courier company in case we need to contact you)
Address (so we can work out a courier or postnet amount for you).

- Collections are by appointment only as it’s a private home and not a shop.
When we receive your order we will send you an invoice with all the details of the order as well as the payment details. You can pay via EFT. If you can only pay by cash, please add R75.00 for bank charges or R20.00 if deposit is made by an ATM. If you would like to pay via credit card, please let us know and we will request PAYFAST to send you an email.
As soon as we have received proof of payment from you we add your order to the queue. Making your order can take as long as 21 working days. It can also take longer if we are having a sale or you have a very large order.
