Who makes your products?

All the products shown in our catalogues are made by us. A group of 3 people are the backbone of and we work very hard to make the items and get them to you as quickly as possible.

What is your policy regarding returns?

Returns for faults of Dogzincats will be accepted for 14 days from the date of receipt. Wear and tear, chewing, damage to zips and straps and general misuse of the product will not be accepted for return. Please note that we will only accept returns that are unused and within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Our courier service will collect all items at your expense and only once we have checked the returned item and found it can be resold, will we offer a refund. Courier and postage costs are not included in any refunds.

Do you do repairs?

DogzinCats only do repairs on products where the manufacturing is the problem and only if the problem occurs within 14 days after receipt of product/s. We do not make repairs on items that have been torn or damaged by your pet or by other means or by wear and tear due to usage. Courier or postage costs to return any products will be at the buyer’s expense after 14 days of receipt of product.

Do you do rush orders?

Our policy is not to do any rush orders. We do our best to get the orders made and sent as quickly as possible. Rush orders will mean hiring extra staff to help out and this in turn will mean you will have to pay extra.

Do you allow collections?

Yes, but by appointment only as it’s a private house and not a shop. We also courier the items to you or we use the post office (not something we recommend). We also use Postnet.

How long does delivery take after purchasing?

All our products need to be made by us before we can send them to you. We ask for up to 21 working days to complete the order. This excludes weekends and public holidays.Once it’s ready we will send it off to you. During a sale or with very large orders it can take a lot longer

Will I have to pay for delivery?

Yes, you will. Pricing guidelines can be viewed on the shipping page.

Do you delivery all over South Africa?

Yes, our courier service will deliver either to your home address or work address depending on your preference, and only during office hours. They do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the delivery. Deliveries can also be tracked once we’ve sent them off and given you a tracking number.

Do you keep stock?

Unless otherwise stated, no we don’t. We make all our items on an order by order basis, which is why it takes a while to be sent to you.
